The return policy, in our view, is inadequate. Green Gorilla only offers refunds within just 7 days and then only for unopened products. To us, that policy does not show a lot of confidence in their products. Additionally, refunds over $100 only receive a ‘Store Credit.’ So, the return policy is so limited and inadequate they might as well not allow any returns. Other companies over much better refund policies.
